Invoice Disputes

To enable us to provide a dedicated service to all our customers, we have created an additional department that solely handles any invoicing queries on pricing or charges as well as cylinder holdings.

If you wish to raise a dispute, please email all information to GDPORT@gasdirect.co.uk.
