Each of these gases have particular characteristics that affect beverages different. Most breweries will recommend the corresponding gas mixture for dispensing their ales, lagers and stouts.

Please note, we are currently transitioning our range of 60/40 cylinders from a white shoulder to a green shoulder. Always double check the cylinder label to make sure you are connecting the correct gas to your system.
